Does an attorney have a duty to select the right mediator? Does an attorney have a duty to prepare the client for the mediation process? Are the goals of the attorney and client compatible? Does an attorney have a duty to adequately prepare the case for mediation. This is an advanced mediation program to provide tools for effective, ethical advocacy, including a strategic mediation checklist.
